When and where is Vector Space Day?
Vector Space Day takes place on Thursday, June 11, 2025 at The MidWay San Francisco. Doors open at 8:30 AM PDT and the event runs until 6:00 PM PDT.
How do I get to The MidWay?
The MidWay is located at 900 Marin St in San Francisco. We recommend arriving by rideshare (Uber, Lyft, or Waymo). Fly into SFO or OAK for the best connections. Street parking near the venue is limited, so we don't recommend driving.
Is there a dress code?
Come as you are. This is a technical conference.
Will the talks be recorded?
Yes, talk recordings will be made available after the event. We'll share links via email to all registered attendees.
How do I register?

How much do tickets cost?
Early bird pricing is $99 until May 11, then $199 until the event sells out.
Is there a refund policy?
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, illness, travel issues, or changes in personal circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you at the event.

Vector Space Day is a single-track, full-day conference. Everyone attends the same sessions, no parallel tracks, no FOMO. The day covers Retrieval Foundations, Agents & Memory, Multimodal & Real-World Scale, and Edge & Hands-On, closing with a happy hour.
